SBF Appeal Case Scheduled for Trial in November 2025
BlockBeats News, August 3rd, FTX creditor representative Sunil posted on social media that the appeal of FTX founder SBF will be heard during the week of November 3, 2025, at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. SBF was previously convicted of 7 charges in November 2023 and sentenced to 25 years in prison in March 2024.
SBF formally filed for an appeal in September 2024, and all relevant legal documents were submitted by January 2025. The outcome of this hearing will be a key milestone in his retrial and potential sentence modification.
