BlockBeats News, August 12, Bit Origin, a US-listed company (stock code: BTOG), disclosed that as of August 11, it held 70,543,745 DOGE, with an average acquisition cost of $0.2268. It has also completed a 20 million shares Class A common stock rights offering to support the previously announced $500 million equity acquisition and convertible note financing.
